long or short hair on a women

ha ha.....nice question... i guess it depends on the person.....both are good.....but i must mention its not very easy to maintain long hair. have a nice day.

Well I'm a woman. I think that women's hairstyles that are short can be tasteful and stylish but those who get a bad haircut or who like to keep their hair to terribly short without styling it, it just looks weird! I guess certain women can pull off the shaved head, or the crew cut, but not all can. I think the artist PINK has had a haircut that was sort of short.

Hi mt2makeit, I think whether long or short hair is suit for the person or not mostly depends on the shape of face the person has. I believe short hair is more suitable for a round face person. That’s why we always find babies looks so cute with their short or short curly hair. I think I suit having long hair the most. not because I look nice having it, for I find it is quite easy and convenient for me to take care of it. My hair is medium long and straight, so I don’t have to take much trouble to wash, to blow and to maintain it silky and nicely. Similar to guys as well, some women can be very beautiful when they have long hair while there are those who don't look nice with long hair and look better with a shorter hair-style. For me, it doesn't matter really. I use to have long hair too and I certainly didn't look good for others while some would compliment me for it. Its all subjective to one's preference in the end actually.

I want long hair on women. I like them because I don't have much hair on my scalp so I wish to feel hair from my wife. LOL! just kidding. It doesn't really matter for me, be it a long or short. I mean a girl should look beautiful and stunning whatever hair style they adopt!

I love short hair on me ... but my husband prefers me with long hair. Both look nice on me but I just like to feel free: not washing it for "longer" periods, not taking "longer" time for, or it doesn't take "long" to dry :)

In front of others, I would like long hair, because many people say that I'm nicer with it. But on my own, I would like short hair, so it would take less time and less shampoo to wash or to brush.

I always wear long hair because of my face' shape (round) as I look more fat if I wear short hair. And I guess most men like to have longer hair for women; my husband do.

I don't have short hair but don't have long hair either, I guess its medium as it comes to my shoulders. My hair is very fine though.

I like both long and short hair on myself... but I currently have short hair.. got a hair cut just this week and had about 7 inches cut off... its getting summer time and I have baby fine hair...the only thing I can do with it is pull it in a pony tail... gets boring after a while... however, I cut it to chin length so that I can at least do a little with it... my hubby likes both ways... as I have grown it out to the middle of my back, and I have worn it short like now... it all depends on my life at the moment it seems... right now I just want to brush it and go...so that is why I cut it... Even though I would definately prefer long, it all depends on the girl. Some look better with long hair, others with short.

I'm a female with short fine hair. If I had my wish I would love long curly hair. I just think for the most part long hair is sexy but then sometimes if you have a right shape of head and face short hair can also be sexy. However when I come back in my next life I want long curly hair. LOL LOL LOL

For me i have my long straight hair, i am a woman, because your hair is your crowning glory so you can take care of it,maintain shiny hair, brush it daily or before and after we sleep,trim it regularly, more women looks beautiful with their long hair many men fell in love in women because of their long hair

hair is the most important part of a woman's beauty so it should not be trimmed but it should be kept clean and perfect enough. i don't like short hair on female, it makes me think that those female who cut their hair short spends less time on their hygiene.

I am a lady that prefers shorter hair even in the winter time. I grew it long back in the day once in a while but it just seems much easier to maintain with it shorter. Of course I like to have a style of short hair for my age. I am over forty and I feel that I can look stylish with shorter hair if I want to. I used to wear my hair long and put it up in a comb or hair band. But for a while now I just keep it either shoulder length or short. Just below the ears is ideal for me when I can get it done. I would say that it depends on the facial features of the man or woman in particular. Some people have certain looks where their hair looks great shorter and some have a face and neck type that might look better with longer hair. Take care momtrying.

I think I look better with long hair. When I have short hair, it makes my face appear bigger. With long hair not only do I look nicer but I do look more pleasant. I guess men prefer women with long hair from whom I've asked. He said I look prettier that way. I don't mind me having short hair but I will prefer long hair even though it's hard to deal with when you are washing your hair.
