How do you take care of your body?

As for me, I do wake up early everyday in the morning and sleep early when evening comes.I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.I think that drinking plenty of water everyday is good for the skin. I usually eat vegetables rather than meat.And at least 5 times a week, I do a morning walk to exercise my body. I hope I can do it everyday but because of my online job and many other things to do, I cannot do it for the whole week every morning. How about you?How do you take care of your body?

I am not a morning person so I don't get up early. I do stay up late. I make sure to get 7 to8 hours sleep every night. I keep busy so exercise is never a problem. Finally, I am changing what I eat. No junk foods like cake candy chips and high fat grease. I eat whole grains, fruits and veggies. I eat meat maybe a couple times a week. I eat the combination of beans and whole grains together for protein. I am doing my best to give up soft drinks. They do more harm than good. For water, I'm not dehydrated often except in the summertime but I eat Tons of Watermellon. Come to think of it. Maybe I'll get a piece now. Yum!

I try to drink as much water as I can through-out the day to keep my body and skin hydrated. I also use a body scrub and moisturising lotion every day. I use a hair and facial mask once a week and also use a foot scrub regualarly as well. I also work out and like to keep fit walkign to work almost every day.
