How to make a homemade but special polvoron

I want to earn extra income this opening of classes. I want to make a special polvoron but cheaper to sold because my customers are public school students. They only have small allowance for their snacks. Can you suggest if you have an idea or knowledge about making polvoron.

I love polvoron. I used to have a shop where a Filipino friend of mine made polvoron to sell in my shop. That is how I come to taste this tasty sweets. She taught me how to make it but I can't remember except for the milk powder, flour, margarine and sugar. I don't have the cutter as we don't have it for sale here. I hope somebody can share with us the recipe here with the correct measurement.

yummy that sounds good and what a great idea you have. i hope to be able to try this some day. although it does sound similar to indian (native american)fried bread. mmmmmm! good.
