I was looking for info on Angelina Jolies new movie "Salt" and I came to this article. This just ticks me off. Suddenly eating cake is a crime. I once came across a pic of Julia Roberts picture of her taking out her own trash. Heaven forbid celebs ever act like real people. I hope she ate 2 pieces! Good for her. Ever seen a celeb being a regular joe? http://tinyurl.com/ryx7r6

I think if a person goes into the celebrity world, they should know ahead of time that their life is not their own and be prepared to deal with it. Its very unfortunate that they cant lead normal lives because there is money to be made off of what they do in their every day lives. I guess it comes with the territory. It just reminds me that I never want to be famous.

Would have loved to see that pic! Unfortunately, the link was broke. Sure it's OK to be human. Not sure why everyone thinks she is somehow different than the rest of us. She's just a woman. She gets the same cramps and has the same bad hair days. And, as a mommy, she goes through the same kid milestones as the rest of us mommies. Once Angelina was quoted as saying, "We're just lucky to have the money to get help when we need it." That was in reference to nannies and her kids. Guess that's the only real difference. Celebrities can afford to do a little indulging. She can always pay a high priced trainer to come to her home to help her work off the extra pounds. Good for her! Glad she doesn't mind showing off that she is a regular person. Same for Julia. Just ordinary women in extraordinary circumstances, trying to cope the best they can.

Thanks for the link I was also able to get a look at what Susan Boyle has been accomplishing to. But back to Angelina..Why is it always a shock when a celebrity doesn't something normal? Surprised they don't pay others to take out the trash is what they are..But some celebrities do try to enjoy the normalcy of their lives as much as they can. I think it is great that she can eat a piece of cake. She looks great and she takes care of herself. Maybe some teenagers will finally realize that they are just like us just more money and are great actress's and actor's.

I recently saw a discussion here where Mrs Obama made the news because she was having a burger. I also understand that some attention was given to the Prisdent refusing some ketchup on whatever he was eating at the time. Who knows where these journalists are really headed these days with their will to inform.

Celebrities are just human beings like the rest of us. They eat at restaurants and also some fix there own meals. They enjoying doing the same things we do maybe take a vacation with their family. When we do these things they are not news but a celebrity is hounded by the press they should just let them be human beings and enjoy time with there families.

The anorexic population is probably in shock of this. I honestly dont understand why people freak out about food. There is keeping track of what you eat for health's sake, but a person eating a piece of cake? What is this to make a big deal about? It isnt. That is another point. What makes celebrities so much better than every day people who work hard and make the world turn? Social status is nothing in my eyes. Oh, you starred in a movie, and thats all you did. Did you write it? Did you film it? No, you said a few words and showed some fake emotions. Easy for anyone else to do really.

yes,i do agree with you.if you have people running around you all the time then it is something which will make you life a living hell. well they may be having a lot of money but then they have no privacy and no chance of enjoying the world like normal people. why do you want to make their life such ames. they are human beings and they are also interested in doing normal tings. and if we see then we will realize that this is the reason why they have such a different life style and then they are send for rehab

It is ridiculous. People wonder why all these young girls have eating disorders. Gee I don't wonder at all! The link you posted did not work, but I did search and I found another article about it.

Where ever a celeb is concerned anything sells. The media doesn't care if it's important or not, just that it brings in money. I think it's refreshing to see something "normal" about celebs. Most of the time tabloids are either digging up dirt, or making it up just to sell papers.

It's stuff like this why I make fun of the Media so much. Who cares she was eating cake? I certainly don't. The Media seriously needs to get their priorities straight. Just like last night, for example. On Fox News, they mentioned that they have a person of interest/suspect in that Madeline McCain case. Then it was seriously "Well, we'll get to that later. We just got a news alert!" I figured something big was happening. "Susan Boyle goes to the semi-finals on Britian's got talent!" I kid you not. They actually chucked that story for THAT. I seriously sat there thinking 'uh...couldn't this wait?' I mean, okay, I'm sure someone out there cares. I'm just not one of them. But is it really a news alert? Apparently it's that big of a deal. I mean, yeah, she sings great. But really, couldn't that have waited? You just said there's a person of interest in a missing child case! I care a lot more about that than if someone is moving on in a competition because they're a good singer. Oh, the Media. *rolls eyes*

Well, even though I could not find the picture you provided, but i looked it up. It is really sad to find that a celebrity eating cake is like the supernatural. What? Are they not human? Maybe if they stopped imagining those people as character on a daily basis, the stars wouldn't be pressured to act or look a certain way. Wow, they even wrote: "She's only human: Even Angelina Jolie can't resist some chocolate cake." Next, they'll be shocked that she was caught taking a nap on set. The media really needs to find something more productive to do with themselves.

yeah, i agree with you... really, so what... media makes so very big deal about such stuff... i dont know why... its not like celebs are gods and goddesses that they shouldn't act like any normal human beings do. why dont they give celebs a break sometimes...

Oh my god. I guess that the reporter who caught her eating cake must have nothing to do than to report this type of news. I do agree that any celebrity news is news to them to report. However, I really feel that there must be a limit on what they should be reporting. It's really ridiculous that they had to report this type of "everyday things" out... Celebrities are still humans like me and them, and they do need to eat, sleep, etc...
