How do I report abuse?

Yet again I read a post where a newbie has openly scammed the system by posting a referral link to their 'make bux kwik' site. I want to report this, but how do I? MyLot tell us to inform them when people are abusing the system, but where the heck is the abuse button?! I can't find it in the post or on my profile - or does it just not appear for me?!
