Is tax payer money going to pay retirement bonus to GM Employees?

GM has reached an agreement that could give workers up to $115,000 and a Car Voucher of $25,000. How can they use tax payer money to pay these retirement bonus? I thought President Obama was not going to let that happen. If the Bankers and AIG employees can not get bonus why should tax payer money go to Union workers to pay Retirement bonus. GM it is not your money to give away. pay back the taxpayer first then give the money away. Unions 140,000 tax payers the shaft.
