Now a days tooth problem is at its alarming state. People visit dentists for even small ailments on account of over/lack of knowledge. Is it suggested to visit dentists even for small ailments. If so why?

I don't visit doctor if i got small problem as gum swollen or teeth pain. I will use my home remedies first to ease the pain. But, if my teeth ailment haven't gone after a few days, then i will decide to visit my nearby dentist for a check. I usually go for a dentist check-up once in a year. That's my routine check-up to make sure that my teeth are still in good condition. So far, my teeth is stil in good condition and i am happy with them..

Very good. First we have to give an opportunity to our immune system to take care of our ill-health, if any. If it is not taken care of by itself it means that the body is not in a position to heal by itself. Then we have to go for external medical help. Thanks for your response.

Before i had a lot of problems with my teeth because i used to eat candies a lot when i was still young.I just realized it now when i grow up already if how important it is to take care of our health and our body when we are still young because it's regretful to know in the future that we have a lot of problem already in our body especially with our teeth which is very important and the most painful thing that bothers every night when it is aching. In my case , i didn't listen to my mother or my parents before not to eat candies a lot , or i should brush my teeth after eating and before going to bed. Sometimes before when i was 7 yrs old or so , i'm so lazy to brush my teeth and i just went to sleep not bothering to think about it. SO as i grow up i developed toothache ,not just once but more than that. At first im so scared of dentist ,because i don't want anybody pulling out my tooth coz for me it's very very painful. But then when it became worst i had no choice but go to dentist and had my tooth extracted. First time i had 2 extracted at one time. It was so scary though, and i was so scared at the same time. But it wasn't so painful because of the medicine. Then a few years after, another pulled again. It was so disappointing when you realize your wrong before. So from then on, i have to visit the dentist atleast once every 6 months maybe or twice if needed. I don't really like the idea of going there because everytime i have to there's always something wrong with my tooth and i need proper medication also .

Big story about your teeth. Natural way of keeping teeth in good condition is brushing regularly, avoiding too much sugar, acidic subjects. Milk and milk related yogurt, butter milk contains rich of calcium useful for our teeth and to build sturdy bones. Thanks for your response.
