Hello Sakshi Well it is said in Indian context that the name should be meaningful as it is the fundamental identity of a person and it sticks to the person throughout his age . My name is Kirti which means fame. But i am not that famous. But my parents say that i have brought fame to them by achieving their long desired dreams.

well said by your parents.kirti this depends on how you percieve. If just a name could bring you all the things it means.then I would name my self as GOD.but the thing is ,if a person has devine qualities, he help others then he really is GOD.you take my example, the meaning of my name is witness but I've never seen a court even.lol.So I link my name with the fact that I always stand for the right so I am a real witness.
