Upoading photos

Hi ellie, I really don't know how to upload photos so never have done, it would of been nice to see a picture of ziggy too..hope someone will be able to shed some light on this problem for you. Hope you are feeling ok...love and huggles LoLo

Hi ellie, Ohh, that is a shame, I haven't load any pictures on for some time so I wouldn't know it was not loading, maybe its some sort of problem mylot is having and not you, I hope someone can put a light on this one. I would have love to se those photos. Love and huggles. Tamara xxxxx

You are not alone. Its not you or your pc, maybe its myLot but I am not sure so far. I also have the same problems sometimes when uploading pictures on a discussion. There was a time when there are two open windows, I uploaded a picture on a discussion but I was surprised that the picture was not uploaded but it was uploaded on another discussion! Funny but true! I think it happened like 3-4 times already to me. What a shame.

In the past on ocassion I too have had this problem..the picture even appears under the discussion then when I post it the picture is gone.....I don't know what the problem could be.....maybe you should try again....I want to see the photo!

I haven't experienced the exact problem you're having. I might have to wait a bit at times before the photo is uploaded, but it always goes through. One thing I did notice though is that MyLot has an upload limit on photos. I think it's somewhere near 20 or some, I can't remember. If you reach that limit then you can't upload any more photos for that day. I'm not sure if this is your problem though, since when I once reached the limit and then tried to upload another photo, I did get an error message saying that I had reached my limit. If you're not getting that message, then you might have a problem at your end. Try clearing your cache and rebooting.

Not sure, I know some people were saying in a different conversation that myLot was running slow, maybe some upgrades were taking place. You could try again in a few days, good luck.

Hi ellie, I know there is a limit of 4MB for a picture to upload and sometimes even then they are too large and won't do it. I try to make sure that all of the pictures I upload are around 3MB. This is the only problem that I know of I have had. Although a few times even the small ones have given me problems.

i don't think the problem there is mylot. in my case, my ISP loads slowly and there's a limit in uploading pictures.it should not take that long or else error will occur.find the correct timing when your net provider is fast in some specific time of the day.

This is a little bit off topic, but I have been wondering how do I upload pictures? Do I need a minimum of 500 points in order to post pictures? I would have just posted this in a thread of it's own, but for some reason the computer I am using at work freezes everytime I try to post a new topic! Maybe you have some knowledge about that, too.
