I love staying up late because I have more freedom in the house because everyone else is sleeping wich is why I love staying up late. Even though its become a bad habbit and I wish I could go to bed early when I need to because I just cant do that anymore and sometimes it can be a problem for me.

I was like that when I was still studying.. still like that when I was working. That's one good thing about staying up late. Hahaha. I used to like working late at night because there are less distractions - no phone calls, no errands to do, no meetings, etc. But it's not good for the body.

I do feel the same as you.I enjoy that kind of freedom. Sometimes I just cannot help thinking, how great it wouold be if human beings do not sleep necessarily everyday!

Hey, Well I actually think that staying up late isn't that bad, unless you actually don't sleep in until a late time. If you go to bed late and then wake up really early then it isn't that good because you miss out on your sleep. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

If you're snacking while you're staying up late, you're consuming more calories and most likely not using much energy so this can cause you to gain weight. I've always felt best when I go to bed and get up at around the same time every day. Even now that I don't have a regular job and we don't open our business until 10:00, my husband and I still go to bed at around the same time we always have and get up earlier than necessary. I function best on between 6 and 7 hours of sleep. Any more than that and I feel sluggish.

I try not to stay up late. Sleep at night is really important and people should get enough sleep time. As we sleep, this is the time that our body recovers from the day's activities, cell regeneration also happens as we sleep. I hate staying up late because my eyes look puffy in the morning if I lack sleep. Aside from that I feel like I'm floating and I get cranky. Hahaha. Can't deprive me of sleep.
