Swine flu outbreak

No need to worry a lot coz of h1n1 as long you are healthy, cannot easily get infected by the flu.One way is to take vitamins , eat healthy foods, and exercise. most of all universal precaution must be practiced.So what will you do if 1 of ur neighbor got a flu?

If one of my neighbors ever got a flu, I will stay away and keep my distance from him/her for a week or two. I will also wear a mask myself. I just went to a country with lots of H1N1 cases last week yet I did not got the virus. What I did was to drink 2 glasses of orange juice every day and eat one capsule of Vitamin C. I also made sure I had at least 7 hours of sleep and drank at least 6 glasses of water every day. I did not wear a mask during my stay in that country.

That is a good start, we people should fight together with that this all will past. this is why i post it in the forum so every one of us will know. Stay healthy as always.
