We usually hang our laundry to dry. We live in an apartment, though, and we're not allowed to hang it outside. We usually use chairs and some wooden dowels to make a laundry rack to hang stuff on, and we also hang clothes on the shower rod and our towel rods in the bathroom. Our apartment looks a little funny with wet clothes hanging all over it, and sometimes the cats pull the clothes down. But it sure is cheaper than using the dryer.

We've never had a dryer. The only way we have ever dried our clothes is through hanging them in a wash line outside. It saves on electricity, doesn't it?

I love to line dry. It saves me money and the clothes smell so fresh afterwords. During the heavy tick season I do pass them through the dryer for 5 minutes to get those or any spiders out of them, but for the most part I love to hand them out on the clothesline.

I need to use the washing machine dryer to dry my clothes first, before i dry them. Although i might use a bit more electricity power, but my clothes can dry faster. My living place always lack of sunlight and wind, so it's better to put those clothes into the dryer to dry up first. I remembered the first few times, when i didn't use dryer, my clothes takes days to dry. Clothes that takes days to dry will have some kind of weird smell. And, i ended-up had to rewash them again. I don't want to gone through that kind of situation again...

I hang clothes out to dry on the clothes line . I enjoy hanging them early in the morning . I don't knonw if it's because I've watched my mother do it for years or what it is . There is something peaceful about being in the yard early in the morning while the dew is still on the grass, and the birds are singing

I always hang it in the clothesline to dry, sunlight helps in eliminating odors and dries easily. I used the tumble dryer only if its rainy season.

My wife like's to hang them outside, but she said the next time she get's clothes and there is a spider on them. Either I have to move the clothes line, or she will start using the dryer.
