The trick to finding a good career, is to base it upon what you enjoy doing. For example: I love being on my computer. I spend a lot of time online, and I take pride in the fact that I know how to fix them and what not. So I decided to go to school for computer programming and web design. I figure, I like it so much, why not get paid for it! Make a list of your hobbies. Then figure out what types of careers that you can do from the hobbies that you enjoy the most. Once you have figured that much out, go for it!

Not at all, I think it’s perfectly normal to have many interests. What’s unnatural is that our societies make us choose one particular interest and then build a life around it. There are millions out there who are unhappy with their choice of a profession, but now feel it’s too late or too risky to change. Why not try out a couple of things?

Interest in many things is a good thing, and there is nothing wrong with you. You can just pick on that you love to do the most in these. I am sure you will pick the right one, just one for your career, but if you can't figure out then you can ask for advice from your family member.

Hi lita_nurse :) You know I sometimes experience this problem. I have many interest and I could not come up with just one. Even now that I'm about to graduate I still don't know what career to pursue. I understand the feeling of being the jack of all trades, master of none and sometimes I also wish of just being great in one field and then not so with others. But you know the truth is that there's nothing to worry about because God had given us these abilities to spread it to others. Just do good at it and develop your interests to serve others by all these means because if you don't, you'll really regret it. I used to be good in drawing when I was young, but lost interest in it and now that it's an advantage in my art class, I regret that I did not develop it. :(

Lita, an educated mind is an inqusitive mind. Exploration is the process and the outcome of great things. Enjoy those things that you like. It is your right. Share them with others if you can. Education or expertise in a particular subject tends to make you want to share with others. Making a contribution to society is one of the reasons we seek education. Enjoy your interests and find your voice and let that voice speak your passion! It will come. For now enjoy your journey and share when you can.

Like you, I have been interests and ways that I earn money as opposed to just one. The unifying factor is that they are all in the creative vent: writing, editing, poetry, sketching and painting. So I don't see anything at all unusual about you loving and trying many things.

you have a lot of interests, like me.I believe that a career is not limited to what course a person took in college.sometimes, the interest and career that'll make you happy doesn't necessarily have to be what you took up in college.like me,I took up information technology in college.in third year,I got sick of it,but I didn't shift to another course so I won't disappoint my parents.after graduating I just realized that my interests really lies in fashion and culinary.I'm planning to break into these 2 industries.so just follow what ARE REALLY your interests.also, having multiple interests is not a bad thing.it is actually a good thing, because you get to learn a lot about yourself and improve your knowledge and skills.so if you like writing, social working, painting, and designing,go ahead and do all of them.

Absolutely not! It is good to have a lot of habbies. You just haven't find out a job which involves your interests. You like writing, then you can have a try on being a journalist or a writer; or designing, then you can be a designer in a company, which is so cool.Keep trying ,and you will meet the best one one day. Good luck to you!
