Do they know ALL our secrets?

Do we share all our secrets with our best friends? Do we trust them with everything? How well do they really know us and how well do we know them? Could we go to them in our deepest hour of need? Or do we all have things that even the people closest to us don't know?
What is everyones thoughts on this?

I have to admit that I do keep some things to myself, only because my friends wouldn't understand, I have tried them on various subjects in the past and they haven't shown me understanding, for example I don't tell my best friends that I see a counselor because when I raised the issue before they poured scorn on the idea so I have never told them, not that I am ashamed, the counseling is very helpful for me but to some they think counseling is wrong and unnecessary, so to keep the peace I keep quiet about it.

Ahh yeah i understand. I guess some things like that are best. I dont see why your friends should be judgemental! There is absolutly nothing wrong with counseling, its just all about having someone impartial to talk to about issues, and someone who has a better understanding of the problem at hand. Very good i think, it has been recomended to me several times. I havent yet been, but that isnt because i dont think it will do any good.

I do trust my best friend with everything. She knows pretty much everything about me and I know I can trust her to tell her things and know she has my best interest at heart. I trust her and know she trusts me with her secrets.

I share my secrets with my better half. My girlfriend usually someone that isnt really close to he person imma about to talk about. I share almost everthing with my gf
