Yes, soy is a nice source of protein. :) or do you eat fish? If not, maybe milk? A lot of things have protein, but i'd go for soy, coz it's got more good stuff other than protein. really good for ur body! :)

Vegetarians usually get proteins from beans, whole grains, nuts and pasta. I usually take fish than red meat or chicken for proteins because they are low in fats. I ate a lot of green vegetables and all types of beans...red, black or green beans.

Hi.Kalaga It is not necessary your should eat meat, egg or fish to get the protein. There are a lot of vegetables and Nuts have rich protein. So you try to find out which is rich with protein and include in your diet. Happy mylotting

Protein........ Hello Kalaga, You know that you can get protein from eating peanut butter, beans, legumes, yogurt and certain nuts all have protein, I think it's walnuts and brazil. You can also get protein from a place like a health food store, it comes in a plastic container and you mix it up with milk and could make protein shakes. That is what I do a lot...... Thanks for the reminder. I think I will go and make one right now.......... Take care and stay strong.......
