You don't get paid for uploading pictures in MYLOT because they are generally of a personal nature, however, if your picture is featured in a discussion, you get paid that way

Only users with a rating over 500 can upload images to discussions or responses and for this you can earn money. You should be able, however, to upload images to your profile (for which there is no payment).

Please read the Guidelines regarding uploading photos. There are certain obvious categories of photos which you should never upload and you must NEVER upload copyright material (unless it is yours, of course).
