New Cloud Type Discovered?

If you click the link you will see a stunning example of an "Asperatus" cloud, apparently not seen before, anyway, I had to share it it is breathtaking.

yo! your a Natgeo too... i guess they do help us alot, specially when it comes to informations and the lastest scientific finds. i hope that i can see one too. and may be take a picture of it. thanks for sharing it... i just hope it's not photoshop. lol

Natgeo is a pretty cool sight, hopefuly they would be able to detect a fraud, but you never know...

When the story first came out about them, I wasn't sure if it was a practical joke or not. I mean..they don't look quite real.

I havent seen any cool clouds lately but i have to say the pic of the Asperatus cloud is beyond beautiful.

well haven't seen one personally. but have seen a mushroom like cloud like an atomic bomb explosion which is kinda cool but dunno if this also is a new cloud or just some weird coincidence

thats beautiful! i wish we had clouds that looked like that...
i have been looking to take cloud pictures lately but there hasn't been anything
really interesting enough to take a picture of... i seen some the other day when i didn't have my camera tho lol of course. they were pretty cool looking.

Yeah, isn't that always the way, you walk out without your camera and see all sorts of things that are pic worthy....
