It takes forever!

My star percentage rating went down about a month ago - maybe a little longer. I use to be well into the 90s and it dropped down to 87/100. I have been posting like crazy and getting a good amount of best responses while posting. But that 87 hasn't budged back up. I don't understand it. The number fell SO quickly. Seriously - one day it was like 95 the next 87. I never respond to or start controversial discussions and I consider myself pretty kind when responding to others.
Why is it that it takes so long to gain your star % back, yet you can lose it so quickly???

Who knows. That's one thing I really don't get here @ myLot. I don't really even know how to check my rating, actually. 
. I don't really pay much attention to it..if you haven't noticed.
It might have something to do with being less active here than you were before, and therefore you're getting rated LESS often, so your rating goes down..? Hey, it's the best idea I've got.

I had a 4 star up until this weekend where I went from the 4 to a 6 and not it is an 8. I did start a discussion or two, so that is maybe why it went up like it did. I wasn't worried about it though as I knew it would go up eventually, and ratings aren't the most important thing anyway. That being said, I am happy with it, and I hope it get to a 10, but if it doesn't then that is fine too. If you start discussions like you did, keep posting responses and comments to posts in your discussions, then it will go up. I did just give you a positive, so you are on your way to being back up there again. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
