I am charged too.....it seems I need to find a way to replace paypal....I cannot afford to lose 0.34 whenever I receive payment. Anyone knows how alertpay is charged?

I have heard that alertpay does not charge any fees to receive money if you have personal starter account.

Yes on paypal you have fees to receive money..so if you receive that amount before complete it paypal will take a fee like that!!In the past the premier or business account haven't the fee like in personal but i know there are fees there too!!And so you will have a fee even if you transfer money on your credit/debit card or bank in fact if you withdrown less than 100$ you will pay a una tantum fee about 1$ ..so considering you are starting from very little money on your account surely also this fee to withdraw your money is not so useful...this is the service..nobody made nothing for nothing..
