Do you have any regrets?

A friend of mine claims that she does not regret any thing she has done in her life..I find that slightly hard to belive b/c I think we all have regrets, don't we? Perhaps i'm wrong...Do you have any regrets? If so, and you feel like sharing, what is your biggest regret in life?

Actually this may sound stupid but this really did happen and I have regretted it for almost 40 years. My husband's aunt needed a bowling ball. I offered to let her use one of mine. It was not a gift but a loan until she could buy her own. She didn't use it and one day I asked for it back. I have always regretted asking for that ball back. I should have simply dropped it and moved on.

She could be right. An old saying is you learn from your past. So why regret lifes hard lessons. I do feel regrets on alot of choices I made and things I feel I should of done differently but I feel it has lead me to where I am today. I feel it has taught me things I may of not known otherwise. At times it may of saved my life. So when I do think about those things I just think about where I am today and then I dont regret it as much.

I feel the same way. There are some things that I look back on and wish that I had not done, or that I had handled differently. But at the same time, I know I would not be who I am today without those experiences. Hindsight is 20/20 right? :)
