Okay we have this cat who we took in about four or more years ago. She belonged to our neighbor but our neighbor made her an outside cat and then eventually the cat just started coming over to our house more and more. So we let her move in and our neighbor didn't care. Well she had three litters of kittens then we got her fixed. She was already trained to pee outside before we got her. So we really didn't have to deal with a litter box. She is a great cat. Well this morning I was in the living room doing my morning stretches and workout. I heard a splashing noise. First thought was cat is drinking out of toilet because i witnessed it before. So I rushed in there to investigate. Guess what I find. The cat is peeing in the toilet. It was the weirdest thing. I had heard of it before but to actually see it was just weird. Now if we can only get our dogs trained we will have it made. LOL!

that's great, except that when my mother's cat peed in the toliet, it meant that her kidney/bladder problems were acting up. I strongly suggest you might run her to the vet just for a check up

it can be painful urination or even being blocked or cystitis if the cat is trained to use the toliet, that's one thing, but generally speaking, they won't pick it up themselves

I have heard of cats peeing in the toilet before. I never knew anyone who had a cat that did it though. That's pretty interesting. Now the question is: does she flush too?

Do NOT teach your cat how to flush. Trust me on this. They are just too fascinated with the swirling water.

That's one smart cat. My big is sitting in my lap and looking at the monitor screen. Hope he's reading about your smart puss.

That is AWESOME! If I could train my cat to do that, I would be in heaven. And so would he, because he would be allowed in the bathroom and he likes sitting in that window! Good luck training your dogs!
