Lazy people are more skinny!!Do you know why?

"Why do Skinny People hate Fat People?"Because they think that fat people don t work to much and because of this they are fat. IS THE BIG MISTAKE I EVER HEAR. I read a lot and i saw so many people skinny who are really lazy and sleep a lot... THIS IS THE SECRET!! People who sleep a lot , are skinny. In the sleep time they burned all calories. So, who don t sleep to much are fat. Is very true. How to Sleep and Lose Weight at the Same Time? Is very simply, you must to eat 2 honey spoon every evening and a glass with milk...you will sleep better, you will lose weight, and in the morning you will have a nice face, smiling, and day by day you will lose weight...how? Sleeping a lot. This is the secret. Don t eat in the night and sleep well, and in few months you will be skinny, and you will have your dream body!! If you have questions, you can ask me, i lose few year ago 20 kg, in just 3 months, and never got again this kg. I have almost a perfect body.

I think the fat person is not really the lazy person. They only lazy to move much. Perhaps it also because they're hard to move actively. But i think it's just about a habit. Skinny person can move freely but if they are kind of lazy person than they are more terrible than the fat person. I have seen many lazy skinny person and i hate to see lazy person. Many big boss in this world are fat. So no doubt to say that's a fact that fat person is not lazy. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Wow, Icesmile! I learn some wonderful things from you! As soon as I get a pay check, I'm going to buy some honey and try this. I usually have coffee before bed, but I love milk, so I may as well add a bit of honey and see what happens. For now, I'm really pushing to lose weight. I exercise like crazy, and eat very little and very carefully. I've lost 8 pounds this week. I'm determined to continue all summer, and go back to work in my "slim" clothes.

Hi, you need just to sleep very good and never don t eating in the night, and of course if you can just 30 minutes in a day will be perfect...honney with milk will make you sleep well, and in sleeping time you will lose many wights...i know for sure, who don t sleep as much as body need, will be fat in time...
