Looking For GOOD Online Bead Store

United States

Ok, after several years of crocheting, I've just started beading again. There is a nice bead store I go to but it's about 50 miles away. I'm paying between $1.20 - $3.50 for 10 grams of size 11 and 6 myuki beads. I like myuki and toho's. I'v been searching online at different bead stores and some are cheaper but lower in weight. Others don't specify the make of their seed beads. I need good selection, reliable in shape, color, and size. Plus low shipping. Also I'm needing a good source with swavorski beads size 4-8 mm with a varity of colors. I bought some off Ebay and they don't seem to be the normal size they seem smaller but the color and quality seems good but they were from China so I'm not really sure. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hello, I just started beading myself. It's lots of fun but so addictive. You might want to try this website http://www.firemountaingems.com/

Hi! Yes, it is very adictive. I've looked at FireMountain, they have a great selection, and if you really want to oooo and aaaah and drool order their catalog! Its like a big colorful wish list. They do have a great selection and good quality but their shipping seems high. But knowing the quality they maybe who I go with. Have you gotten to check out their free beading video's? They're online at their website and they're very good. You can watch the video and/or print out the instructions with illistrations. Thank you for your reply and have fun beading!

Hello, Crochetkid. How are you? Sorry, I don't have a clue about crochet or beads,so I am utterly useless to you in that area. I'm sure someone will come up with a solution before you can say "beads". Best of Luck! 1awesomesenex.
