Breakfast: What did you eat?

I'm curious, what does everyone eat for breakfast? Do you notice that when you don't eat breakfast - you tend to eat more later on in the day?

This morning, I had two small eggs, some country sausage, strawberry jam, and 2 slices of toast... all these together with a nice, warm cup of coffee.

Most days I start out with a smoothie! I eat a mainly Raw Vegan Diet so do not have dairy in these smoothies. Today's smoothie consisted of 4 bananas, 4 dates, 375ml apple/pineapple juice (that I juice myself), 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup of Sun Warrior Protien Powder, 2 teaspoons of Mesquite Powder, 1/2 a cup of Goji Berries, 1 teaspoon of Bee Pollen and some filtered water! Some days I use almond milk that I make myself instead of the fruit juice and other times I will add some greens such as spinach which creates a Green Smoothie! These are delicious and filling and will keep me going for hours! I never, ever go without breakfast!!!

I was very hungry but only wound up eating two slices of buttered toast and a half glass of orange juice. Some might call this a slim breakfast but in my humble opinion it's a pretty decent one. I wish I would have had pancakes and bacon though. Who doesn't love bacon?

I had three small blueberry pancakes with one over easy egg and some coffee! It was mighty good. I love eating a good's also one of my favorite meals to eat out!

I ate my standard instant oatmeal. Today since I am resting and not running or biking I did not add the walnuts and banana. Instead I just had simple oats but added a few almonds! Yes, when I do not get a good start on the protien for the day, I eat everything in sight in the evening!
