So not sure if it affects the teeth calamity, But I read in a news paper that Tea or cofee contains some poisonous ingredients 0.000 some number (don't remember) that will harm ours intestine and digestive system. I can't say drinking coffee or tea has affected my teeth much. I haven't perfectly white teeth because their natural color is a little bit yellowish. I also drink coffee and tea every morning but my teeth are still the same color they were 5 or 10 or 15 years ago.

I think over time and as people get older that coffee will eventually make the teeth more yellow or brown. As you get older the enamal begins to get thinner, so it is more important as we age to take really good care of our teeth. I think if you brush your teeth after a cup of coffee it would really help. But yes over time it will dull the color of your teeth, that is not to say that they can not be whitened again, there are a lot of great over the counter whitening treatments these days.
