Black And White Photographs

I guess I just like Black and White Photographs. They are nice to look at and really make me think of what life used to be, from stories I've been told. I also have written stories about black and white photographs, lol, or by looking at some from family. Do you like Black and White photographs, or are you crazy about colored photographs more? Colored is great too, but there's something about the simplicity of black and white that allures me to the photos.

Black and white photographs have a certain beauty and texture that is lost with color photographs. They are just much more artistic.

This is a really good discussion baby,and I am sure that different people have different opinions when it comes to pictures,I am sure there are some people who like black and white pictures,and do not like colored pictures,and then I am sure there are people who like colored pictures but do not like black and white pictures,and then I am sure there are people who like both black and white,and colored pictures,and I know that everyone is different,and that not many people have the same preferences,or the same ideas,so I can understand that everyone thinks differently,that is cool that you like black and white photos,and and yeah they do remind us of what life used to be like,and I do like black and white photos,but I am not a huge fan of them,because I think they are just a little too simple for my tastes,and I prefer colored photos,because they are more lively,because of all the colors,so they draw me to them more,even though some pictures are better in black and white,and when we put our engagement announcement in the paper,the picture still looked pretty good even though it was black and white,I love you with all my heart and soul,have a great day,good luck with all of your mylotting goals,and Happy Posting.

I think the fact that when we put our picture in the paper, we had already stared at the color copy a lot, made the black and white copy more alluring. It was awesome to see the announcement in the paper. I know that you aren't a big fan of black and white and I understand your point. It does make the picture more lively with it being in color. However, at the same time things can be accentuated to make the picture stand out more, even though it may be in black and white. Color things could be added as a border to the frame, or in scrapbooking colored or 3d effects could be added. Well I appreciate your response to me so very much baby, and I love you. Happy Postings.

That is a good point we had already stared at the picture for a long time in color, so maybe the black and white picture was more alluring because it was different,and yeah it was awesome to see the announcement in the paper,and I am glad you see my point,and that is true some things could be put in color or altered in some way to make the black and white picture look better,you are very welcome for the response and I always enjoy responding to your discussions because you have great ideas and I love you with all my heart and soul,have a great day,good luck with all of your mylotting goals,and Happy Posting Baby.

I like black and white pictures. It somehow brings out the beauty of the scenery and the person in the picture. Oftentimes, the loud background colors drown the focal point of the pictures. :)

I think that photographers have a way of making the background apparent but not too apparent in colored photos. In black and white photos I know my eyes search all over the picture. In color, it stays on the couple for a moment, but then wanders to other parts. Black and white photos have their allure though, something that captures me and makes me want to look at the photo for awhile, just wondering what the photo taker and the people in the photo were thinking or doing that day, if the date and place weren't apparent or on the picture itself.

I love black and white photographs! I think they can be very beautiful. They can also give a home an old time peaceful feeling. My daughter is pretty in to photography and has a great eye. She has done some great black and whites. The sepia look is kind of pretty to.

I think that it does give a home an old time peaceful feeling, and seeing old black and white photos on the walls of a home, or even sepia or other older photo colors is just beautiful. The best pictures though are those of family in black and white.
