I have noticed that it takes little or nothing for one to be placed in depression. The constant worry about money, the kids and even our love life put us in a tailspin. My advice to you my friends here in MYLOT is to think positively. Money depression can be overcome when we set goals. Setting goals, making a budget and sticking to it help us to have a good start in having a good personal finance. Having a good Personal Finance allows us to be stress free because whether we like it yes or no every thing leads back to money and so we have to start think of ways to make us happy by not continuing doing the same thing over and over. Practicing the 10% Rule in savings is another step in achieving one goal for every money earn or received you put aside 10% of it. Remember everything begins with you so start setting those goals now.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

I think that you can overcome depression if you make up your mind to do so. I think you can also be treted with medication if you hav a chemical depression. This does not work for everyone, but alot of people benefit from having medication and talk therapy. Clincal depression does requrie a medical consult.

Staying positive is indeed the best thing to do. If you catch yourself being too negative then you should tell yourself to be more positive. In case of problems seek help or someone you just can vent your concerns on. I've been in a depression myself and it's no fun, so try to stay away from it at all costs.
