Organic foods are far more healthier than foods you get from a grocery store that are not organic. Organic foods are completely natural and have no harsh or harmful chemicals on them. This makes them alot more healthier to eat. This also gives you more nutrition value especially if you are on a special diet. Regular food that comes from the store has chemicals that are usually not good for you. The vegtable is ok but not the chemical on your vegetable.it is important to eat healthy and the longer your healthy the more likely you are to feel good about yourself. Organic foods also can aid ins healthier life style and help in weight lose. It your struggle with weight problems it might be a help to you. Although organic foods due tend to be more expensive it is very much worth the money.

I guarantee it is alot better for us but it is so expensive, like you said. I cannot afford to buy those types of foods. I try to grow my own vegetables though. that saves some money there.

I personally love the taste of most organic foods better than non-organic. And have you noticed the longer shelf life of organic milk? I had some open organic marinara sauce that I forgot about in the fridge and I was sure it was spoiled but here it was a few of months later and it did not have a hint of mold or any spoilage. I was shocked! I do not understand it all but I definitely see a difference in using organic and I try to buy it when I can because it is expensive in most cases but there are times when those items get marked down, especially on grocery stores so the prices may at times be cheaper.
