Curd goes sour again!

Its daily that we prepare for a bowl of curd at home and its daily it goes sour, may be due to high temperatures and not stored in the fridge. But while making mild sour, its the milk which I may add to the curd. I also add ice to the curd before consuming it. Any remedy to keep it from going sour!

Is the curd you are talking about bean curd? I asked a question yesterday with no response asking if anyone knows how to make it as we can't buy it here. If it is bean curd you mention I know it should be kept in water which is changed regularly. If it is bean curd please tell me how to make it, I miss it so much.
