garbage disposal help

anyone know about garbage disposals???? my friends disposal . . . sounds like it has something metal stuck in it. . any suggestions on what to do ??? any help here would be much appreciated . . thanks

my best advice is to call a repair man...garbage disposals can be dangerous to work on, so I would think it best to leave it to a trained professional...
