Sweets That Won't Break Your Diet

So... I am on a diet again! The scale is creeping up past 150 and at my height I really should be closer to 110. The problem is I have a horrendous sweet tooth. Does anyone have some sweet fixes that won't break my diet?

Try adding any chopped fruit to Greek yogurt, you can get zero or 2% fat yogurt. he yogurt is so thick and creamy but healthy too.Or try fruit skewers, chopped apples drizzled with cinnamon skewered with grapes. Or cubed melon sprinkled with ginger.

I have the same exact problem. I would recommend not having any unhealthy snacks/foods in your house. If you crave something sweet eat fruit, such as a banana, that usually curbs my appetite for something sweet. Also Special K cereal works wonders for me. It hits the spot when I'm craving something sweet. It's healthy as well.
