I'm not much of a cooker and I'm looking for some easy recipes that don't require much skill to make. I'm really inexperienced in the kitchen but I'd like to eat more than cheeseburger casserole, which is about the only thing I know how to make. Anyone got any great recipes they'd like to share? Or cooking tips?

If you like stromboli I have an easy way to make it. all you have to do is buy the already made pizza crust. So then you spread it out on a cookie sheet. Then add your favorite stromboli toppings down the center or on one side, depending how you like to fold it. the pizza crust comes out in a rectangle, so i put our filling down the middle lengthwise and then fold the sides up into the middle. Ok so I use ham lunch meat, onions that i cook a little in butter in the microwave, ready to eat bacon(easier than cooking the bacon yourself), mushrooms, shredded cheese and black olives. Then you just lift both sides up over the toppings and pinch them together. Then you bake at 350 for around 15 to 20 minutes. I just keep checking it and when the crust is golden brown you are good to go. Then just take it out and slice it how you want.

That's a great idea. :) I never considered making something like that. I'll have to try it sometime. That seems easy enough for even me to make.

You also could put pizza sauce in it if you like pizza sauce in yours. We don't so we leave it out.

You put grapes in your chicken salad? I've never heard of that before. I do like grapes so maybe I'll try that sometime.

Try this one as it is really easy, 'Toad in the Hole', it's an English thing, don't even know if other countries have ever heard of it, but it's an easy dish to make and just cooks in one roasting tin. Take whatever kind of sausages you like and brown them in the oven on one side in hot oil. While they are browning mix in a bowl 7 tablespoons of flour, one egg and milk until it is runny but not too runny, turn the sausages over and add the yorkshire pudding mixture over it and cook in a hot oven for about 30 mins, it should rise nicely around the sausages, extras can be added to the sausages, my favourite is shallots. Hope you try it and enjoy.

Hi!You were asking for cooking recipes. All i got is a soup recipe.i think it works.here it goes: buy one mixed veg pack with your favorite vegetables.put little oil in pan and just fry them until the water evaporates and they are soft.add some spices u like to them.fry and then take them out put aside.add some more oil to pan and add peppers and tomato puree and vegetable or chicken broth to it.to this add all the vegetable u put aside.let it come to one boil.put some salt and chilly powder according to your taste.put this mixture in grinder and make smooth paste after the vegetables are a bit cooled.after that transfer the mix into pan and add little milk.come to boil and eat with your favorite bread or add some toppings to eat.it tastes so good and gives you a good dose of vegetables u need for the day.hope u will like this.all the best.

Taco soup is a simple recipe and you don't really have to do much of the cooking. You just brown 1 lb of lean ground beef or ground turkey. Put it in a slow cooker or crock pot. Also put in the crock pot 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 can of white corn, 1 can of drained black beans, 1 can of light red drained kidney beans, 1 package of taco seasoning, 1 package of hidden valley ranch dressing mix, 1 can of tomato sauce (regular size like the beans), 1/2 cup of water. Stir it all up and let the slow cooker do the rest. You can cook on high for about 2 hrs or low for about 4 hrs. (If you like really spicy foods, you can substitute 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes w/ chili peppers for the regular diced tomatoes.) When you are ready to eat, put some frito chili cheese corn chips in the bottom of a bowl, pour some soup on top of the chips and top with some fiesta or mexican grated cheese. YUMMY!

That sounds really nice. I've never heard of taco soup. I think I'll try that sometime. I have a slow cooker that I got for my wedding but I haven't used it yet.
