For me, I usually drink about 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Of course, I drink coffee at morning. And when I am hungry in the evening and I have nothing to eat, just zip a cup of coffee or if I have something to finish late at night and I am seepy, I just drink a cup of coffee.

On very busy days I usually have 3-5 cups of coffee. But on weekends I consume 2. I start my day with a cup of coffee. It seems addictive but I cant work properly without it. I go about doing my usual work then there's the after lunch feeling of sleepiness... I have another cup before I start working again or while working. Some nights where I need to labor some more, I tend to have another cup.

Back when I was still working at nights I used to drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee to stay awake. But when I started working early mornings and eventually resigned I stopped drinking because it made me hungrier like ever. Nowadays, I usually would drink coffee if i want to partner it with a slice of cake or just hanging out with friends in a coffee shop.

Just one coffee a day is enough for me, there are times i drink it every morning but there are also times that i drink it in the evening. When there are many things to do and i should not sleep it helps me a lot. Drinking coffee is really enjoying now my favorite coffee was having cream and milk hahah that makes it more delicious. But dont drink too much coffee other people said that its not good in our health but i dont know if its true?

Oh I am not that addicted to it that I can drink 3 times a week. That is all I need I usually do not drink it everyday because i did not grew up learning to drink coffee as part of daily routine. I only started loving drinking coffee when I was an adult already and that is why I am not that into coffee.

I used to drink an incredible amount of coffee, but have now switched to Diet Coke. Of course this really isn't any better for me, but it's hot outside and hot coffee just doesn't do it for me. I work 24 hour shifts (EMS) so staying up normally requires caffeine.
