If you need to move overseas, how would you take care of your pets? Options: 1) Bring them overseas with you? But you will need to consider lots of stuff, vaccination; all the documents that need for the pets; can the pets handle the flight etc 2) Give it to somebody that you trust to take care? 3) Sell it for money? 4) Give it to the shelter? I would definitely bring my pet with me no matter how difficult and how much it will cost me... my dog is just like my son really... I don't think I can dumb my son somewhere or have somebody take care of it... What about you?

I moved to another country and didn't take my dog with me. I gave him to my son. I thought it would be to much on the dog and it was very expensive. Also the flight that I used wouldn't take animals internationally. However since I have been here I have adopted 2 dogs and if I ever move again they are going with me. They are just like my children. One of them has lived in Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, Cancun and Belize before finally settling in our permanent home in the Yucatan.

it depends from pet i guess so..my sister have a little domestic rabbit and so normally she don't take with her wehn she travels because she have afraid that he can suffer too much about differences of temperature or even external traffic and so on..so normally when she comes out she will bring him to me eheh..in fact now i ahve a rabbit at home running..ehehhe.. So i think pets like dogs or cats which they are strongest may be it can be good too bring with you when you travel anturally for long travle overseas you should see in what way you cna bring him with you or if it is better to give him to a person you trust..so it depends even if your dog or cat have attitude to travel or he can suffer the distance from home and normal places...so goo travel with your dog!!
