Cha Cha is dead

Dead because congress have a lack of material time. Also Congress is faced with having to cope with the increase in number of votes required to effect the proposed amendments in the Constitution, particularly with the Supreme Court decision increasing the number of party list representatives.

I just hope that it will be discussed when this administration is over. I still think that Cha cha is needed to change some provision in the Constitution. I just don't trust the present government to tackle this issue at hand since they have lots of hidden agenda at the back of the real essence to change the constitution.
