In the sentence "Now, you might be thinking, "But that just sounds like self-serving entrenched management fighting for their interests at the expense of shareholder interests.",I've found that "entrenched" means "deep-rooted", but I don't think that meaning fits with the sentence. Can you give me an explanation of "entrenched"?

Entrenched usually means firmly in place, so in this instance it means management who have been there a while and have no intention of going anywhere.

I think it means that they are just very self-serving or in other words, selfish. So the management are thinking of themselves first, even at the expense of shareholder interests.
