Unemployment is up, consumer confidence is down, spending is down, and he is improving things. Please explain. In a few years we will be paying Billions in interest to finance his plans. How is this improving?

Do you expect it to happen in 180 days? He isnt GOD but thank GOD that he isnt another G. Bush. he has to deal with all the stuff the Bush screwed up on, and then some.

Are you talking about the 4% or lower unemployment? Or are you talking about peoples pensions and retirement accounts increasing in value and the lower interest rates? The low rate of inflation and increased number of new jobs and higher household income? Or are you just looking at the last 100 days of his administration when the housing crisis broke. By the way the housing crisis was started by policies in the Clinton administration and law suits filed by Obama.

They have spent Over a Trillion Dollars to reduce unemployment, around 6% when he took office and now over 10%. He bailed out the banking industry by loaning them money but will not let them pay back the loans, he wants stock in the company instead. He took over General Motors and Chrysler to save jobs, 60,000 jobs lost the first week of the government takeover and hundreds of dealerships closed causing economic hardship on many smaller communities. He is faced with Iran and North Korea having nuclear tipped missiles some capable of hitting the US and he cuts back on missile defence. He has pushed through congress several pieces of legislation that nobody had a chance to read, but it was necessary to save the country. We now have the highest unemployment in over 25 years, the more spending than all president before him combined, and China owns more of the US than we do. I would say he is doing an excellent job of destroying this country. I for got one thing he is the savior and it is all President Bush's fault.

I am thankful that our country was able to overlook some of the racial discrimination to elect him. However, I do not believe in socialism. I am not liberal as I do not believe man should live without moral code. My husband and I have worked hard all of our lives. Through God's grace and blessings we are able to support our family, but we are probably would you would consider middle as far as income. I do not believe that I should be able to take someone else's wealth that they have worked hard for and share it. I believe when someone has worked hard to get where they are, they deserve what they have accomplished. I believe they should be willing to give to charities and should share the wealth God has given them. That is what we do. We work hard and we donate to charities. I do not believe that we need more government control in our lives. I do not believe that we need to ratify the UN CRC and give up our sovereignty and allow the United Nations to tell us how to raise our children. That is one big thing he is trying to pass right now. That will give the government the right to tell me how to raise my children and to interfere in my parenting and it is not just in the case that someone finds that a parent is harming a child. It is in all cases. This is supposed to be a free country and I am sad to say that by the time people wake up and realize that are freedoms are swindled from us, it will be too late.
