To buy a house would like to have loan from a bank?

Buying a house is a dream and very very costly affair. I would like to think again before buying a house. It would be a small flat which I would consider as the cost would be much lower! I wouldnt prefer loan until required to payoff my debts. Would you like to have loan from a bank?

It's nearly impossible to buy a home without taking out a loan unless you win the lottery or someone leaves you a bunch of money. You need to consider this though. If you're paying rent you're paying someone else's mortgage on the property so you might as well be making that monthly payment on your own home. Usually a mortgage payment is less than renting the same type of property. My husband and I have a mortgage on two homes and the monthly payment is probably less than half of what we would be paying if we were renting them.

ya to some extent its very costly affair to get a own house,its rather a mind bogling process to get the loan and then build your own one their, the prices are sky rocketing now a days with creepy loans eating into your economy!

Well i wished for a dream home. And i got it recently. I got little amount for it and rest through loan. I am happy i got my dream home near my farm. Investing on home is life long asset for us and kids.
