free formal education for goverment school, from elementary school until junior high school is very good. I still hear from some parents who school their children in public schools, said their school is free but there are still fees to be paid. I hope the government can overcome this, so the schools can really free. if the school is absolutely free, parents who can not afford do not hesitate to enroll their children's school.

I do believe that culture should be free, free schools and free libraries should be a right for everyone. This way people have the chance to improve their knowledge and their skills no matter what they come from or how rich are their parents. Luckily in my country all the education is either free, or very cheap because it is heavily subsidized by the state.

Though I like free education. But this days is kind of bul***t. Even the government promise to give a free education, the reality is not that great. Many schools still charges the students for building funds, books, etc. This makes the education no longer free.

Nothing is free. All fees and charges need to set it in the budget revenue and expenditure countries (Revised). The problem is how to set the state education budget, so that all citizens can enjoy a better education and with an affordable cost.

Yes I agree with you.it's good program. But I don't believe that our goverment can concerned seriously about it.I am avoluntary teacher in Early age education program. My students come from poor family and many of them is garbage collector (pemulung). You know,it's a program by goverment but untill now,the goverment can't help a bit for our school.I think,it's not enough to pay free but have to buy some book and it's expensive price. One more, free education is not low quality,it's important thing that goverment have to know.
