Who else has noticed that every now and than therre is a post about some money making site, and then you look at the member, you see it is his/ her first or second post. It seems that some just join MyLot to use it for advertising. I don't mind advertising your sites on mylot, I have banners in my profile, but for me mylot is more than an advertising site. Apart from being paid to participate, it is a great community. It is a place where we can talk about anything and even become good friends with soem members. For the newbies, don't just post ads and hope for the best. Stay abit longer and you might find that mylot can actualy pay faster than some other sites. So, you have a bonus, you advertise, and you even get to make money faster, and then there is all the other bonuses like friends, discussions, etc. happy mylotting all.

I look at a lot of the members posting about money-making sites and see that it is their first or second post - and their second or third or fourth... account! They are not here to earn but expect us to believe that they are earning with their darn scam sites. The ones that are earning are serious about what they do and don't abuse both myLot and the newer users who are quick to believe what they say. They are SCUM and sadly there are more than ever now because other sites have closed. The ones that realise their mistakes and stay on to do well here are rare and few and far between but yours is wise advice

I normally turn them in for posting links? I didn't think your allowed to do that. I tell them to read the rules and say their whole post will be deleted, basically read them the riot act. The funny thing is they never get back to me! LOL! tdemx

I have noticed alot of this recently also. They will also request my friendship and then spam me right after I accept their friendship. they want me to join their money making sites also but I just ignore it.

Since they are violating the rules and guidelines, new people who do that sort of thing don't last long. They get reported many times and usually they get banned. But they do annoy a lot of members before they are banned. Don't you just hate the ones that ask to be a friend and then spam you the minute you accept?? That is the fastest way to be deleted off my list of friends. What about you? Have you run across those kind of people also??

hi there, i noticed also today and the other day that somebody was having the same discussion after a few minutes. At first i give respond to the discussion but in a few minutes i saw again the same discussion that i answered earlier. I think this is not right, members should know our responsibility here in mylot as a member. This people should be stop doing this things, its crazy thing that they just think the best for them. Anyway, good for you to noticed it, keep on posting good discussion, happy mylotting =)

Everyday there are lots of members, even who made over 500 posts, are posting their referral links here without considering the terms of mylot. The only possible solution for this the mylot should have the option to prevent such links while posting itself as now its having for some words related with adult content. We can type and post all the words here. So it is possible to amend the same for the links also and as with the technology it is possible to allow the links without referral ids. This will help us to place some useful URLs. I don't like to talk about the members who spam the board, as it is a irritating one even to think.Though we have been given the option to place banners and links in our profile, but most of them is not caring that. Most of the members will be happy if they are given the option of signature, so that their banners can be placed under each post of them.It seems they are not banned by mylot.

i dont mind people doing that, lets face it there would be a lot less people being a member of mylot if they didn't pay for posts etc, thats the only reason i joined, to earn extra money, You don't have to read the posts that are adverts just scroll over them

Yes i agree, somewhere this is happening.......and somewhere it is just that frustration in everyone who want to earn that extra cent.......but then i just hate people who just post their referral link in the discussions.......if somethings are mentioned by mylot as violation the they certainly might have thought about something and made that rule.......Some people try to act smart, they have like 200 posts and then they start with a discussion with their referral links and when you warn them they say oh i did not know about this......well i wonder what they did with 200 responses.......maybe they just try their luck and think they might atleast get one referral under them and then who cares if that discussion gets deleted.....I think following the TOS is the only way to assure that the site will operate in the long run......and i think we should all co-operate with mylot in the smooth running of this site !!!!
