medical marijuana card

I currently about to move from Los Angeles to Barstow CA. and i still haven't been able to find a place, where i can apply for a medical marijuana card. If any body knows where and the price please let me know because doctors are no longer helping any more. Also do you know any places were we can buy the medical weed after I purchase my card?
