Regular raids on such laboratories conducted nationwide why this illegal industry still continue operating ? This business is hugely profitable and the people involve have the means to buy protection from corrupt law enforcement When a shabu laboratories have been raid only janitors and security guards are the one usually arrested. When can we solve this problem? Do we have all the political will and resources to end this problem?

well i know about shabu being manufactured here. in the 80's it is said that the philippines is only a transport hub but now some consider it a transport but a manufacturing hub also. the laws here are good but the implementation of the laws are the worse. Have seen some officers of the law mingling with the people they are hired to apprehend.

unless there will be cooperation of people. there is a possibility that the shabu manufacturing could be stop. however due to the influence of money and addiction its not gonna be possible. unless there are people of getting advantage of each other it wont be stop. iron hand should be implemented in this issue

I think for as long as there are buyers there will be manufacturers of this illegal products. The existence of market would always be a breeding ground for them and the existence of corrupt police force would they grow and their network would forever thrive in our society.
