Hello,a usefull tip that helps you in kitchen and is very easy and simple but solves abig problem,that is if ever your curries anything i mean any your reciepe that is spoiled with excess ofsalt by chance then dont worry and dont through it just add 1/2 piece of raw cutted potato to your curry and preheat it if atall it is cool then see your curry will taste good without excess of salt. The potato will absorbs all the excess salt in your curry.All the best and if you have any like this please share .

thanks rapolu, that's a tip I didn't know but vividly recall an inedible chicken curry I made a few months ago as I had overdone the salt. As I recall though it was added after I cooked it rather than during cooking so I suppose your solution would be to tip it back into the pan and then add potato then reserve. Good idea.
