Are people who can sleep very good, even they have a lot of problems, but are people, and i am one of them who really lose they sleep when have problems. I don t like take pills to sleep, but i try with herbs or with some tea for sleeping, or why not a glass of milk with honey, is the best remedy for sleep. If you have problems you can sleep or just you all night think on this problems, and take pills to try to sleep?

When I am worried or anxious, I can't sleep. I used to take sleeping pills, but they often made me feel very drowsy or groggy the following day. So now, I just try not to worry about the sleeping (or non-sleeping) part. I would either read a book or watch TV, until tiredness takes over.

Sometimes I will take a pill to sleep, other times, I'll just turn on the radio, and listen to the BBC World Service until I am able to fall asleep. I don't take pills often, only if I can't get to sleep any other way, and am tired of staying awake loooking at the clock.

I take herbal remedies to sleep. I also take melatonin and other things like that. I am totally unable to sleep if I do not take medications. I think there are some things that help me sleep more than others, and melatonin and valerian are good herbs to use that do not seem to effect my general health.
