You can prevent wrinkles by taking care of yourself. Stress can be a big factor for wrinkles. You need a good amount of sleep everynight to prevent stress on the body. Put creams and moistures on your face for extra protection to keep your face smooth and nice looking. Those creams are healthy for your face. Sunscreen help protect you from unwanted wrinkles. Drink lots of water and don't smoke. Smoking and drug use is really bad and can cause wrinkles really fast. Also avoid alot sun exposure. The sun can age you fast. These are just a few things to prevent wrinkles.

You are absolutely right about using creams and sunscreens. I am 37 years old, but I could easily pass for 25. I wear sunscreen every day, no matter if the sky is gray or sunny. I stay out of the sun as much as possible, and drink plenty of water. My doctor also gave me a prescription for Renova, which is an effective prescription strength, skin-smoothing, anti-aging medicine. Renova has tretinoin, the same form of Vitamin A found in Retin-A (a medicine that renews acne-riddled skin). Moisturize and sunscreen every day should be used by every woman over 30 to prevent wrinkles 9in my opinion). It has certainly been successful for me!

I should be full of wronkles from stress alone. I should also have a head full of gray hair too. I deal with alot of stress daily. I don't think the sun ages me near as bad. I never get enough sleep either. I work all of the time.
