It has to be something you like to eat or do. I could give up drinking soda, potato chips, and sunbathing.

I've already given up drinking pop, but I think if I had to give up 3 things they would be cheese (I love almost everything covered in cheese), those little chocolate covered doughnuts (have a package every morning), and my french vanilla cappachinos (have one every night).

I would like to put exercise at the top of the list, but I can't because you said it has to be something we LIKE to do! If I had to give up 3 things that I like, it would be watching TV, potato chips, and chewing gum. If not for the TV I could spend even more time on the computer or reading, I could replace chips with tortilla chips or pretzels, and instead of gum there is hard candy. Yes, I could learn to live with this.

No, you cannot give up exercising, besides it is good for you too. I could give up potato chips, but love my chewing gum - I would rather give up hard candy. I am a tv nut, couldn't live without Lost, but I could watch it on the pc too.

Good question. For me I think I could give up tv, chocolate, and ice cream. I'm sure I have other bad habits that I could definatey go without that would be better for me, but these three things I'm pretty certain I could go without and not have too much of a problem sticking to it.

Great quetsion! I could give up eating meat. I don't eat much as it is, but I would miss my mom's meatballs. I could give up eating eggs. Again, an occasional but enjoyable thing. I could give up driving. I would much rather be chauffeured.

I could give up watching tv, eating pizza and I also could give up drinking soda. I have already stopped drinking soda so that was the easy one to give up. :-) Soda is definitely not good for our health. I could give up sunbathing as well as that is another unhealthy habit. Those are good choices that you gave to give up. :-)

I could give up looking at every single item in the shops, when I want to buy clothes, having the TV on even though I´m not watching it and last but not least, eating too much chocolate.

for health reasons i could give up eating lots of chocolates , nacho chips & drinking soda too! i can pick another choice for my snacks like having fresh fruits instead of chocolates , enjoying crisp carrots with lite ranch dip instead of nacho chips while watching TV then order a fresh fruit smoothie or any fresh fruit juice than soda.... live healthy for longer life!

Three things I could give up - eating out several times a week, buying impulse items-especially on QVC, regular shopping trips to craft stores - just to look around I know I could cause I have - an austerity budget sucks. And I can't see it getting better for at least 2 or 3 years.

These would be really hard to give up, but I think I could if I HAD to: drinking Pepsi, surfing the Internet, and watching Greys Anatomy.

I could give up food, all kinds of food for the sake of losing a few kg. My favourite is chocolate but I've given up eating chocolate, except on ocassion. I could give up soda too and replace it with drinking juice or my current favourite, green tea in a can. I could also give up booze/partying, thanks to mylot. LOL

Three things that I would have to give up huh? I could give up (eventhough I would miss them terribly) knitting, cole slaw, and design shows.
