is mba degree must for getting jobs in management?

Today everyone wants to do M.B.A. is it neccessary to hold this degree to get good job? what do u think over it?

i enrolled this school year for an MBA. in my opinion, it would be an additional credit on your part since you have "master" certain information to get you to a greater career path.

I think MBA is bit different from all the degrees. MBA gives you the skills you can align with your present skill. In today's corporate scenario MBA is must have for ensuring a proper management of the firm.

NO. I dont think so. I still believe its the experience that is most important. You may have an MBA but if you dont have the experiences, what's that for? But if having an MBA enhances your knowledge and skills, why not. do it for the sake of improvement.

Career wise, attaining a higher degree of education is a big edge. Having an MBA would be a big factor if you want to be promoted. However your promotion does not only depend on your MBA. Passion for what you are doing and strong dedication are also important. As of now I am taking my master's degree so that I could have a bigger opportunity for promotion and higher salary, but at the same time I'm also doing my duty and rendering my service with dedication.
