Yes I am a healthy man and do many workouts that are human-powered such as push ups, sit ups, pull ups, running, etc... Yet I want to know a better way to work on my arms and make them larger

hi dude... It's very happy that you are hale and healthy. The exercises you do tone you up. Try more pull ups. DUMBBELLS will do a good job in your arms. Start with minimum weight say 4 kgs and increase it. don't get a fixed one. There are products in market in which you can adjust weight. Take 3 sets with 20 counts each in the beginning. Eat 20 minutes exactly after the workout. Balanced Food can work wonders!! Good luck!!

thanx. I am going to incorporate dumbbells into my daily work-out and slowly progress to heavier weights. I have never heard about eating 20 minutes after working out but that is very interesting. I will definitely try this.

Healthy man!! that sounds really good.. means you might be really working your way through to remain healthy then. Besides push ups and pull ups you could also try a few weights also to start you could take around 3-5kgs and do few exerises with them or you could also work on dumbells they too will help you. First start with less weight like 1kg on the first day now this weight can be increased according to your body weight and strenght, meaning you can work with more then that and take a little more weight this will help to tone up ur muscules and firms them. You could also try taking some proteins which is available in the market in the form of powder, but this powder has to be checked properly before purchasing for any side effects and if it will be effective for you so first purchase a smaller packet so that you can try it frist before you go purchase large quantity from the market. so best of luck ..

thank you. I was wondering if dumbbells would work. I have some of them and I will do them every day.

Weights don't have to be anything elaborate. Dumbbells aren't expensive, but you can use bottles filled with sand or something heavy instead, at about ten pounds. A variety of rows, curls and lifts, done slowly but with many repetitions are easy and they work. Good luck with it!

Fishing! My husband does a lot of fishing, he needs to throw the fish rod as far as he can so it makes his arm big, his arm size is like 4-5 times of my arms! He can be able to pick yp lots of heavy stuff, I guess he picking me up is one of the ways to train his arms hehe, he sometimes pick up to the ceiling!

You can do different pushup variations like diamond or incline (put your feet on a chair or something like that). Diamonds work the tri's pretty good and helps to thicken your arms. If you want to add more weight to your body set a book or your back or something like that. This way you also work your abs by having to keep your body in a straight line so the book doesn't fall off. Chin-ups are good for the biceps too, although you're probably already doing those ha
