How would you welcome a new mylot member?

Well, I normally don't know when someone first joins unless it is mentioned as in this discussion. When that happens, I offer a greeting in that discussion. So, Welcome to myLot, xchyler! If I notice that someone has just recently joined, I always say "Welcome to myLot. I hope you enjoy it here as much as the rest of us do" or something to that effect. I will be on the lookout for her and respond to her discussions when she posts them. I always try to tell people to start by responding to other discussions first, just to get the 'feel' of myLot and how it operates. That's what I did when I first joined. Anyway, congratulations on getting another referral, neil! I hope she enjoys it here and stays around for awhile!

Hi Neil, I would say hi xchyler, welcome to mylot and hope you will enjoy it here as much as I have, we are a friendly bunch here so have fun and keep posting, oh I have add you as my friend so please add me as yours, enjoy and welcome once again. That is what would say to welcome your friend. Hugs. Tamara

i will do both such as i will add on my friend list and so i will help when he or she start here to have a good activity and so i will answer o the discussions they started first and so even i send some private messages if they have some problems here or don't know how it works exactly and so on...
