Any single Moms or Dads here?

Hi are there any single Mommys or Daddy's here? I'm a proud single mom of two children ages 21 mo and 11 mo. How is it being a single parent?

Yes, I am single Dad. It is not good to be a single parent but one finds himself helpless due to circumstances.

I have been a single mom for the past 18 months, now I am engaged to be married. So, I guess I am still considered a single mom, since I am NOT married YET...and since we live apart for the time being. But, I love being a single mom, but feel I will love it more being a family...Good luck to you!

I am a single mom. I have 5 children ages 15, 10, 8, 6, 2. They keep me busy. I think being a single parent is very hard. The one thing about it is they keep you going. They are what make me want to keep living day after day when everything else goes wrong. Being a single parent makes you a stronger person also.

wow your a single mom of 4 i'm sure they do keep you busy...lol. I think it can be hard at times too but they are worth it. They are my whole world and they keep me living day after day when everything else goes wrong. Thanks for your response :)

Hi Kerryq i'm a single mommy of 3 ages 4,5,and 9. We all do well and everyone is happy but it can be very difficult at times. I'm a proud single mommy and my children are everything to me. They keep me going.

I agree it sure can be difficult but they are worth it. They are my whole world, my life. I don't know what I would do, or what I ever did without them. Thanks for your response :)

Kerryq how in the world do you do it alone? I couldn't imagine being a single mother of 2 kids so close in age. all I can say is WOW and good luck to you.

Well I do it...lol. My children's father hasn't been in their lives at all either. We were divorced and he has nothing to do with them. Its not as bad as people think it is. They keep me busy thats for sure but they are my whole life and i'm a happy and proud single mom. Thanks for your response :)

Nope i'm not a single mom. Your kids are close in age how the hec do you do it by yourself? It must be hard for you. are you divorced?
